Gregory S. Graham

Greg joined FNBBA as a third-generation banker in 2006 and was named Chairman of the Board in 2012. He has over 20 years of banking experience and also serves as Chairman for FNB Coweta. His areas of responsibility include lending and business development, trust company services, marketing and public relations, shareholder and board relations and general bank management.

Prior to entering the banking business with his family, he served in a variety of non-profit roles in New York and Northwest Arkansas. Greg has served on many local boards and non-profit organizations throughout his career and is currently Chairman of the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation and the Broken Arrow Community Foundation’s Secretary. Greg is the father of four children and enjoys travel, art, music and spectator sports.

Derek Steeley

Derek began his career in the banking industry in 1990. After serving over 20 years in community banks in Oklahoma and Texas, Derek joined The First National Bank and Trust Company of Broken Arrow in July 2012, currently serving as President of the Bank.

Derek is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce and is a past graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Broken Arrow, previously held various leadership positions with Broken Arrow’s Trail Life Troop 316, and formerly served on the Broken Arrow Seniors board.

Derek is a native of Wagoner, and holds a degree in Economics from The University of Oklahoma (BOOMER!!). He also completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and earned the Chartered Banking Professional designation. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and sports.

Paige Miller

Paige joined the Bank in 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is a CPA with over 40 years professional experience including 12 years with a national public accounting firm and 29 years with several regional and community banks.

Paige previously served on the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation Board and currently serves on the Asbury Church Finance and Stewardship Committee. Outside the Bank she enjoys tennis, travel, and most of all spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Lynch

Ryan joined FNBBA in 2023 as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. He has 18 years of banking experience including time with community, regional, and national banks. He currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Parkside Psychiatric Hospital, he serves on the Board of Directors for Town and Country School, and is a committee member representing the Tulsa Mayor’s Office for the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Committee (CDC).

Outside the Bank he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, playing tennis/pickleball/golf, working on real estate, and going to see live music. Ryan is a native of Springfield Missouri but has called Oklahoma home for over 10 years and is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University.

Gina McFadden

Gina joined FNBBA in 2013 and currently serves as the Bank’s Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, Security Officer, and New Accounts Supervisor. She has over 30 years of retail banking experience and has previously served on local boards and non-profit organizations such as Broken Arrow Neighbors, Broken Arrow Seniors, and The Margaret Hudson Program.

Gina and her husband share a son, daughter, and grandson. Outside the Bank she enjoys playing the violin and listening to all kinds of music, watching sports, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Audra Alvord

Audra joined FNBBA in 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking Administration, Information Security Officer and Human Resource Manager.

Audra oversees multiple traditional banking operational and servicing teams at FNBBA. Audra has been married to her husband since 1995 and they have three children.
